I used to make lots of banana cake, I did them in a loaf tin, my kids loved it and so did I, used to cover it with a lemon icing, oh what is the water doing dripping out of my mouth, I am now that old,,,,,yet

I like that you make muffins with this recipe. When you freeze the bananas, is it safe to assume that you peel them first? (Sorry if that sounds like a stupid question, but I've never done that, and this happens to bananas at my house WAY too often.)
